Declaration
1. I certify that I am the bonafide guardian of the child.
2. We understand that the admission fee of INR2500/- is towards the processing fee for the admission process. It is non-refundable and does guarantee admission. Admission is granted only when a suitable vacancy exists and the child fulfills all the criteria of admission as per the school norms.
3. We hereby certify that the date of birth & spelling of the name of my child given in this form are correct to the best of our knowledge and we shall not make any request for changes in either later on.
4. Till the Birth Certificate and Transfer Certificate of the child is deposited, his/ her admission will be deemed provisional.
5. We understand that rendering false or misleading information or withholding correct information may disqualify the child for admission at this school.
6. In case the parents wish to withdraw their child after depositing fee on grant of admission they will not be entitled to refund of any fee. The same will be applicable irrespective of when the child was admitted.
7. We have made careful note of various details regarding the payment of the school fee. We have made arrangements for remittance of school fees within due dates without waiting for a reminder from the school. We will pay the school fee through cash/crossed cheques in favor of Chinkara English Academy, Sayla as per rules.
8. In case the fee is not paid as per payment schedule. I will pay it along with the late fee fine as per school rules.
9. I hereby certify that I understand the refund policy laid down by the school in case of midterm withdrawal of my ward.
10. I have also understood that as parents we are expected to check the suitability of the bus route from the published existing routes before seeking admission. Bus facility is optional and school is not bound to provide transport. A request form for transport has to be submitted separately. CEA Sayla runs school buses/vans in limited areas. It will be the sole responsibility of the parent to escort the pupil to and from the respective bus stop.
11. We have carefully read the rules, regulations and procedures laid down in this form. We hereby agree to abide by them in all respects. We understand that the decision of the Management of the school shall be final and binding on us for which we will not file any objection/case in any Court of Law anywhere in India.
12. In case of any legal dispute between us (the parents), we shall not involve the school in anyway.
13. We hereby certify that our child and we shall follow all the rules, regulations and procedures laid down by the school from time to time.
14. We also understand and accept that the school fee might be raised annually.
15. We hereby agree not to initiate or participate in any activity which may malign the good name of the school.
16. We hereby submit the registration form for the session 2024-25 to confirm the above declaration.
