ADMISSION OPEN FOR ACADEMIC SESSION 2024-25 FOR CLASSES NURSERY to VII:

Age criteria (as per NEP 2020)

 

Minimum age for admission to class Nursery is 3+ years , class LKG is 4+years, UKG is 5+ years class 1 is 6+ years , class 2 is 7+ years, class 3 is 8+ years, class 4 is 9+ years, class 5 is 10+ years, class 6 is 11+ years, class 7 is 12+ years at the beginning of the session (as on 31st March, 2024).

 

Admission Process –

Admissions (for session 2024-25) are open to all children irrespective of caste, creed, community and religion. All seats are subject to availability of seats.

Online Registration : Click here to fill out the registration form online. You are required to take a print of your application along with the necessary documents and pay the registration fee within 2 days of submitting the form online.

Offline Registration : Collect the form from the school reception (during working hours).

Payment of Fees

  • The fee is to be paid in the School Office maximum in twelve installments before the end of the academic session. Fee once paid is not refundable.
  • Payment of fee with electronic mode / DD / Cheque shall be accepted up to the 10 of every installment in which payments falls due.
  • Cheques / DD should be drawn in favour of Cinkara English Academy, Sayla, payable at Sayla.
  • The penalty for cheque dishonoured is as per the bank Norms.
  • After the end of the month, A fine of Rs 25 Per day is levied after 10th of due month till the time fees gets paid. If the fee remains unpaid for two consecutive months, the name of the student will be struck off the rolls.
  • The fact that a memo or bill has not been received by a parent does not exempt the student from paying fee nor prevents the school from taking necessary action against the said student for non-payment of fee.
  • If any student whose name is struck off the rolls seeks re-admission, he/she will be charged a re-admission fee equivalent to the Admission fee of that particular academic session, provided re-admission is permissible and sanctioned by the Principal.
    If any collection charges are levied, the same would be payable by the parents / guardians.
  • Detailed fee structure would be shared with parents only after registration of their wards for the admission process.
