Fees Structure

At Chinkara English Academy, we believe in fostering transparency and simplicity when it comes to financial planning for your child’s education. To make this easier for parents, we follow a single comprehensive fee structure that covers all the essential academic needs and compulsory activities, ensuring no hidden or unexpected charges.

However, the fees do not include the cost of uniforms, books, and transportation. These products and services are not provided directly by the school, giving parents the freedom to procure them from the open market as per their convenience.

This approach ensures clarity, flexibility, and fairness while allowing you to choose what works best for your child’s needs. At Chinkara English Academy, we aim to offer an enriching educational experience without unnecessary financial burdens.

Fee Structure for Session 2026-27

All new fees are within 10% increase from session 2025-26 as per govt rules.

FEE CONCESSION & SCHOLARSHIP POLICY

RATIONALE

At Chinkara English Academy, we believe in fostering a culture of excellence by attracting deserving students who align with our values and ethos. This policy ensures that students with exceptional talent and merit, as well as families with specific needs, feel proud to be part of our educational journey.

CONCESSIONS

  1. Sibling Concession

    • A 10% concession on tuition fees is offered to the sibling child who joins later, irrespective of being the older or younger sibling.
    • The concession remains applicable even if one sibling graduates from the school. However, the benefit ceases if the sibling discontinues enrollment for any other reason.

  2. Girl Child Concession

    • A 5% concession on tuition fees is offered to girl students.
    • If the girl child is also a sibling, the maximum combined concession is capped at 10%.

  3. Corporate Discount

    • A 10% concession on tuition fees is offered to parents employed by partnered corporate entities.
    • Additional sibling or girl child discounts will not be applicable for this category.

  4. Defense Personnel Concession

    • A 50% discount is provided on admission fees for children of defense personnel.

SCHOLARSHIPS FOR STUDENTS

Sports Scholarships

  • District Level: 10% concession on tuition fees for exceptional performance in district-level sports competitions.
    • The scholarship is reviewed annually.
    • Additional sibling and girl child concessions are applicable.
  • State Level: 25% concession on tuition fees for exceptional performance in state-level sports competitions.
    • The scholarship is reviewed annually.
    • Additional sibling and girl child concessions are applicable.
  • National Level: 50% concession on tuition fees for exceptional performance in national-level sports competitions.
    • The scholarship is reviewed annually.
    • Additional sibling and girl child concessions are applicable.
  • Open Championships: 25% concession for outstanding performance in sports at state or national levels.

Academic Scholarships

  1. Excellence Scholarships (Grades IX to XII)
    • 100% scholarship on tuition fees for students securing 90% or above in the previous final examination.
  2. Need-Based Scholarships
    • Scholarships are available for exceptionally bright students (90% and above) in grades VI to VIII who face financial challenges in affording school fees.

REWARDS & REIMBURSEMENTS

  1. Academic Rewards

    • Above 95%: Cash reward of ₹20,000.
    • 90% – 94.9%: Cash reward of ₹10,000.

  2. Sports Reimbursements

    • National winner: Up to ₹22,000 per winner.
    • State winner: Up to ₹20,000 per winner.
    • District winner: Up to ₹5,000 per winner.

  3. Sports Kit

    • Reimbursement for sports kits up to ₹20,000 annually.

CONCESSIONS FOR STAFF

Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff

  1. Confirmed Staff
    • 100% tuition fee waiver for the first and second child.
  2. Non-Confirmed Staff
    • 50% tuition fee waiver for the first and second child until confirmation.

Support Staff

  • 100% waiver on tuition, admission, and security fees for up to two children after completing two years of service.
  • Free books, stationery, uniforms, breakfast, and lunch for the children.

Other Benefits for Staff Members

  • Day Care: 50% concession.
  • After School Program: 50% concession.
  • Transport: 50% concession.

NATURE OF SPORTS EVENTS

Scholarships apply only to achievements recognized by the following organizations:

  1. School Games by Govt of Rajasthan.
  2. Local Event Games organized by any agency of GoI/GoR.

NOTE

  • All benefits and concessions cease if the student discontinues enrollment or if the employee’s association with the school ends.
  • The policy will be reviewed periodically to ensure alignment with the school’s vision and objectives.
